DEXSEN released its first extruder last February.

This new plug and play model has been designed for co extrusion for automotive profile application.

Screw has been designed for soft PVC and TPE and allows accurate and linear output up to 15 kg/h.
The machine is COMPACT, with all electrical components inside. Thanks to the casters, it can easily move from an extrusion line to the other one and can be synchronized thanks to a 0-10V insulated analogue input connected to the AC drive. It is easily operated from any position thanks to swivelling control panel and, thanks to its floor space saving design, it can be inserted in narrow space.
